Visitor information points

Birmingham is extremely well-prepared to offer all Conservative Party Conference delegates all the help and advice they could need.

There are a number of information points around the city centre with friendly informative and multi-lingual staff on-hand and always happy to help.

An additional information point will be available in the main concourse area of Birmingham New Street Station to welcome delegates as they arrive into the city. This will be available from Sunday 3rd October – Wednesday 6th October, from 08.00 – 18.00.

Visitor Centre – Rotunda

Located at: The Rotunda, 150 New Street, Birmingham, B2 4PA

The place to go for everything from theatre and concert tickets to souvenirs and information on visitor attractions.

Sundays and Bank Holidays 10.30 – 16.30

The place to go for friendly faces, bags of advice and local information.

Located: between Terminal 1 & 2, Birmingham International Airport, B26 3QJ

Offering everything from theatre and concert tickets to souvenirs and information for Birmingham and the region.
