The Accord Group provides 11,000 homes and a range of services to 40,000 people across the Midlands and beyond.
We put people in control of the neighbourhoods where they live and provide support and encouragement for them to fulfil their aspirations. We also provide Care & Support to some of the most vulnerable in society, helping them to live independent and fulfilling lives.
We are one of the largest housing organisations in the Midlands, with an annual turnover of £60m and employing 1,350 people. Our aim is to be the greenest housing organisation in the country.
The Group includes Accord, Ashram, Caldmore and Moseley & District housing associations and bchs, Fry Housing Trust and Redditch Co-operative Homes. We are not-for-profit.
